Testimonials
Camp Fiesta has become my second home and I love it so much. We are so fortunate to go on many amazing adventures and meet so many amazing , inspiring people whom you share a very big part of your life with! Every year I count down the days until I get to return to Camp! It's a wonderful experience. It's true what they say- Camp Fiesta is the "Greatest Camp in the History of the World!!!
Destini
In reality I see that love can be repaid with love. Camp Fiesta is the best thing that has ever happened to me. To live and feel so many emotions at the same time is exactly what I needed to believe in dreams again. I will always remember 'Camp Fiesta.' Long live Camp Fiesta!"
- Zocorro
"Thank you for nine days at camp. I spent time with a lot of friends. I had a wonderful time in Orlando and my favorite part was the 'Pirates of the Caribbean'. Camp Fiesta is the most beautiful camp in the world!"
- Lupe
"I was apprehensive at first about going to camp and now I cannot wait for next year. For me, camp is a place I had no worries. The experience of talking with people who have gone through the same things, is priceless. Seeing all your peers with the same ports and scars is something that cannot be explained.
For nine days, I was exactly like everyone else.
This was an amazing experience and all I did was enjoy myself!"
- Curtis
“I Love Camp! It is a place where people understand me. I love camp because we go so many places. One problem! We have only nine days of camp and they pass like three days.
But those nine days are the best.”
- “Rainbow“ (Rainbow is just a nickname at camp!)
“I am so happy that camp exists. The camp is based on love and friendship. It is one of the only places that I can relax and be myself. You can have a handicap and find that other people do too. In this camp you don’t feel different and you don’t feel scared that people will think you are weird because of
your handicap. You feel like a family.”
- Astrid
“Camp has been great because I learned that we cancer kids are very lucky because we get to do a lot of things and alot of people care about us.”
- Monique
The warm welcome I received the second I walked into the lodge where everyone united for the opening ceremony was the first sign I was going to be very comfortable at Camp Fiesta.
I could go on and on about what a wonderful camp this is and only preach about how much it has changed my life, but the only way to know is if you experience it for yourself.
Camp Fiesta-“The Greatest Camp in the History of the World!”
